What data we process and why

  • Contact form: name, email, company and message, to reply to your request. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps. Kept for 12 months if no business relationship follows.
  • Waiting list for the Artificial Intelligence Voucher (IA360 Plan): name, email, phone, company, region, size, sector and use cases, to notify you when the call opens and prepare your case with you. Legal basis: your consent. Kept until 6 months after the call is resolved, unless you ask to be removed earlier.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4): only if you accept it in the cookie banner, to measure how the site is used. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Processors and transfers

We use Google Cloud and Firebase (EU servers, europe-west1 region) and Google Workspace for email. Google may process data outside the EEA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the email above. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
