Agent as a Service · GaaS
AI agents that work for your company, as a service
We don’t sell you a licence and leave. We design the agent, ship it on top of your systems and run it: we watch it, measure it and improve it every month. You pay a fee; we stay accountable for it working.
What it is
GaaS (Agent as a Service) is a model in which an engineering company designs, ships and runs AI agents for a recurring fee, instead of just selling you a licence or a one-off build you then maintain yourself. It covers go-live, monitoring, safety guardrails, continuous quality evaluation and improvements. At Kodo 360 the model is: a diagnosis, a fixed-price pilot and then the agent as a managed service for a monthly fee.
What’s included
We don’t hand you a licence: we hand you an agent that works.
- 01
Design and engineering
We start from a use case with measurable return, pick the right model and build the agent on top of your systems (ERP, CRM, email, documents), not an isolated demo.
- 02
Operation and monitoring
The agent lives in production with observability: traces, cost per answer, latency and errors. If something breaks, we see it before you do.
- 03
Guardrails and control
We validate inputs and outputs, limit what the agent can do and keep a human approving anything irreversible. No sensitive action runs unchecked.
- 04
Continuous evaluation and improvement
We measure quality against a set of real cases (evals) and improve the agent every month. What fails today becomes a test so it doesn’t fail again.
- 05
EU data and compliance
Your data stays in the European Union. We design for GDPR and the AI Act from the start, with a log of who does what.
- 06
One accountable team
Six senior engineers in the EU, on London time. The same team designs, ships and stays accountable for the agent. No middlemen.
What for
Agents already in production.
■ Customer support
An agent that answers by email or chat using your system’s data and escalates to a human when needed.
■ Documents and invoices
Reads invoices, delivery notes and contracts and posts them into your management software, flagging only the doubtful ones.
■ Internal assistant
An assistant with the company’s knowledge (RAG) that answers your team from your manuals, prices and procedures.
■ Operations
Agents that prepare orders, flag deviations or generate reports from the data you already have.
How to engage
Start small, with a fixed-price pilot.
- 01
AI diagnosis
1,450 €
Use case, data and expected return before building.
- 02
AI agent pilot
from 7,900 €
One agent in production, bounded scope, fixed price and guarantee.
- 03
Managed agent service
from 290 €/mo
Operation, monitoring, guardrails, evals and improvements for the agent.
- 04
Dedicated team
95 €/h
Grow the agent: more flows, more integrations, more channels.
Frequently asked questions
What people ask first.
What is GaaS (Agent as a Service)?
GaaS, “Agent as a Service”, means hiring AI agents already run for you: an engineering company designs them, ships them on top of your systems and keeps them working for a fee, with monitoring, guardrails and improvements. It is not a licence you then manage yourself.
How is it different from buying an AI licence?
A licence gives you a generic tool and the job of integrating, watching and improving it is yours. With GaaS, the agent is built on your data and processes and we are the ones accountable for it working in production, month after month.
How much does an AI agent as a service cost?
At Kodo 360: diagnosis €1,450, fixed-price pilot from €7,900 and then the agent as a managed service from €290/month. Expanding with a dedicated team is €95/h. All prices are public and exclude tax.
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union. We design for GDPR and the AI Act from the start and keep a log of what the agent does and with which data.
What happens if the agent makes a mistake?
We validate inputs and outputs with guardrails, and irreversible actions (send, delete, pay) go through a human. We measure quality with evals, and any mistake that slips through becomes a test so it does not happen again.
How long until it is in production?
The pilot is usually in production in a few weeks, not months, because it starts from a bounded use case and your current systems, not a new platform.
Does GaaS fit the AI Voucher (Plan IA360)?
Yes. Spain’s AI Voucher funds the development, integration and process redesign with AI delivered by a European tech company, not licences. Kodo 360’s GaaS model (diagnosis, pilot and service) fits what the voucher asks for. We explain it on the AI Voucher page.
Who runs the agents?
The same Kodo 360 team that designs them: six senior engineers in the European Union, on London time. No middlemen and no offshore support.
